Hii doctor, I, unconsciously, clench my teeth hard at night. Can the pressure on teeth, due to this, cause pulp necrosis?

Clenching or night grinding is a very common condition .It causes uneven wearing of the teeth.and some times can expose the pulp which may lead to pulpal inflammation…simplest way to avoid this is to wear a night guard ..which can be made in dental office after taking the teeth impression…
