After masturbation my right testicle hanging lower with unusual direction like verticle structure normal is horizontal but mine is verticle i noticed in past aftr masturbate within 5 days its become normal after masturbation its hanging like verticle with mild pain in upper thigh and discomfort.i want to know why my right testicle hang in verticle shape not like horizontal shape.With in 5 to 7 days it becomes normal but i want to know the reaso why its come.please tell then only consultation helps me ,thanks in advance
