Hands itch, blisters, contact dermatitis

I've had tiny blisters on my hands which itch like crazy for over 2 years, my doctor said it might be dermatitis and gave me Eumovate cream which didn't help at all. I get it more on my right hand, however usually on one finger on my left hand. Some days it's worse than others.
