Hi, My age is 25 and weight is 48. And height is 5.8. Sometimes my hands use get shivered when I do even small works and since few days my thighs are very hard and giving some pain tooo...my friends suggested that it.might be a calcium and diet issue...so.suggest me of what should I do to get rid out of this issue...Please do the needful. Thn q
