Hello dr my daughter 5 years her hands n feet is so cold why is it I am getting panic plz let me is there any issue

If the child is otherwise normal, then nothing to worry. What is the weight of the child? Is the growth satisfactory in respect to her age? You can do few blood tests like Hb%, TSH, and RBS. If these are okay, then nothing to worry. And if anything detected, need to do treatment of that.
