When I place my palm on table and lift my one finger they shake and also when I grab my phone some time my finger shake a little to moderate, and when I am tensed while playing game they shake vigorously ,I am bit worried because my father had parkinson

This may be an essential tremor, due to anxiety. This is not an Parkinson’s disease. However, consult a neurologist for an examination. With a good lifestyle modifications, you will get better.
