I was sleeping and suddenly I felt numbness and  pain in my hand and my hand had formed some shape. Next morning I am feeling little pain and numbness in my hand forearms and shoulder. Is this some condition or it just happened due to some  sleeping position

It’s most probably due to nerve compression in your neck You should take some anti inflammatory and rest After 3 days start with chin tucks and neck isometrics only and nothing else Use pillow correctly till your shoulder line Pillow should be thick and fluffy

It’s due to the sleeping position, may occur if one sleeps on the side with hand underneath the head. Shouldn’t be a cause of concern though it’s advisable to maybe use a small pillow if there’s an affinity for a particular sleeping position.
Next Steps
Should resolve spontaneously.
Health Tips
Use of small pillows or soft blankets to avoid prolonged pressure on the dependent limb.
