Left hand wrist bone is operated after a road accident. Ortho suggested to physiotherapy.

You have to do simple passive or active if possible flexion extension of wrist, radial and ulnar deviation, thumb movement close to your index finger and away, thumb to little finger and back to initial position, squeezing the smiley ball. You should go to near by qualified physiotherapist he will properly assess you and treat you further. It will take around 6-8 week to get fine. Wish you for good health soon.
