Hand foot mouth infection

Since yesterday he is suffering from this and had been crying complaining on mouth pain. Getting worse..not sleeping.we are applying a gel cream inside his mouth.for every hour we are making him gargle with warm salt water..no change..crying for hours...please give us immediate relief..

Hi , clinical checkup is needed , meanwhile you can use one of  these home remedies 3-4 times a day which will give him some comfort .1 . Take yashtimadhu(mulethi) powder half spoon.mix it with honey and apply it on the affected area. 2. Dip a cotton swab in honey & dab it on the affected area.3. mix little honey in one tablespoon of coconut milk.massage the affected area with it.

Dermatological conditions are very difficult to diagnose over the phone. It will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Also warm saline gargles need not be done every hour. Once every 4 to 6 hours is enough.
