Don’t panic and reach to any conclusion before you show it to your dentist clinically. I will advise few things to take care while you are at home 1. Brush twice daily (morning n evening) 2. Please clean your tongue as well 3. Rinse your mouth with warm water and pinch of salt 4-5 times daily 4. If you can find , please chew sugar free chewing gums which will help your salivation 5. Rinse with water every time you eat something. 6. If you could find please start vitamin B complex once daily for 15 days. 7. If possible meet your dentist or you can show your condition on video chat.
