I got a cut on my hand from the ceiling fan. There was some blood and a small cut but good amount of pain. However, my hand is working fine. Do i need to get a tetanus injection?

Yes , its required,  wash hands and watch for any increased swelling . If pain and swelling increase then get an Xray of the hand done.
