My mom has continuous neck nd hand pain. She is diabetic and hypertensive. Hand pain has started after she got a vial fever 1 1/2-months ago and this has persistent since. She is not able to move her hand properly or able to lift anything. She has swellings in fingers, palms, and shoulders. Where can i get her diagnose

Hi, it seems like your mother has developed viral arthralgia. Since she has been having diabetes ,diabetic neuropathy and shoulder hand syndrome or frozen shoulder needs to be ruled out. Please get a orthopedic consultation
