Recently one of my friend (female, 29 years) started having pain and swelling in her hands and feet. It is very difficult for her to fold her hands or use them to lift stuff. Even sometimes she feel cotton blanket too heavy to take. As per dispensary doctor she did general check up, everything was fine. She is facing this problem for 20-25 days now. I am attaching her report for reference. Please suggest what kind of problem she might be facing.

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser
