Yesterday I was diagnosed with 2 columns of Internal hamerroids in sigmoidoscopy. I don't have any symptoms like pain or bleeding. Only there is some swelling noticed from 14 days What should i do? Doctor siad don't worry. Every one has internal piles. I am worried.plz help

Do u have symptoms like hard stools? If yes then u need to start stool softener and plenty of fluids. Avoid high fatty and oily meals and start high fibrous diet.
