Good day, I have been a having a chronic psoarasis/eczema on my right hand index finger on and off from many years.Kindly advise which corticosteroid cream Halox or Halox S ,should I use for above issue.Image attached. Thanks

One of my patient did the same thing of self treatment, we had to amputate the finger due to wrong cream and quantity of application
