Halos in eyes

Hi, I was suffering with conjunctivitis. Doctor suggest me to rest at least 15 days to recover. Initially my vision is not clear. But after treating with eye drops and ointment, I'm able to see things clearly after 10 days. Now doctor said stop every drops and ointment from the prescription and continue with refresh drops only. Now I'm continue with refresh drops only. Now today, after 21 days, I'm suffering with halos around light from past 3 days. Does this halos are dangerous? I was sufferin

Hello Haloes could be due to corneal involvement Consult local ophthalmologist and if cornea is involved then you may need cyclosporine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop

coloured halos can be due to discharge, corneal oedema, glaucoma and watering  .might be your  infection has subsided but little  inflammation  still persists. you must agai consult your ophthalmologist  .

Are you still having discharge from eyes because discharge can lead to halos. If your halos disappear after cleaning discharge then it's fine. If not, consult ophthalmologist to rule out other causes for halos.
