After my recent miscarriage and D&C, I am noticing huge hairloss. I wasnt a person who had amazing hair growth from childhood. I had PCOS and tsh issues but they got solved almost 5 years ago and now I'm free from such hormone issues (tested). Only vit d was less as I went for vitamin tests too(vitamin d is 27 which isnt thay much less I believe) What are the options I can try for hair growth or atleast to stop hairfall ?

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing post miscarriage telogen effluvium causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hair loss after a miscarriage is often linked to a condition called telogen effluvium. Telogen effluvium is a temporary hair shedding condition where a significant number of hair follicles enter the resting phase prematurely, leading to increased hair loss. Hormonal changes, physical stress, and emotional distress associated with a miscarriage can trigger telogen effluvium. It generally resolves in 6 months. However, If you're experiencing significant hair loss, it's recommended to consult for proper guidance on managing the condition.

It's acute telogen effluvium due to the stress of D&C It usually improves by itself in 6 months and hair regrow However this is for a regular person You have a lot of other cofactors It needs to be holistically managed You most definitely require a good dermatologist
