My 4months wt 6.2kg old breast feeding baby has extensive hairfall..there is kind of bald patch first was using spoof shampoo then stopped completely just applying coconut oil before bath...she has black flaky type something on the centre of head

Hair fall is quite common at this age. The hair will grow back. Please use spoo or other baby shampoo along with coconut oil. Black flakes are also common. Remove them with a baby comb gently. Hair will grow back in some time
