I have been advised by a doctor to take omega capsules but I doubt if that is an internal use or external

Its an oral tablet. But only omega cap not gping to help you.  Best you should go for blood investigations for your hair fall like for thyroid status and Hb status. Do you have any problem regarding your mensturation cycle. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
