My child had suffered with tyhoid 1 month back and now she is having hairfall problem. We have observed her hairs are falling whenever we do comb and also see her hairs on clothes which was not the case earlier. She was admitted for 3 days due to tyhoid and UTI issue. Her age is 3.5 years. Please suggest some good shampoo. It is not easy to give her some oral medication.
