Hairfall due to fungal infection

I'm 22 years old. I'm having hairfall for a long time now. I recently found out that it is due to fungal infection on my scalp. The disturbance due to dandruff is also serious. There is no visible ringworm formation or anything. But hair falls when it is wet.
