My hairs are falling at an excessive rate and when the hair falls off the scalp it has a yellowish round type of dandruff or something like that thing at the roots.

Looks like seborrheic dermatitis. Hair fall is temporary. You need to start ketoconazole based shampoo twice week . Plus u can apply mild anti-inflammatory and exfoliating lotion daily.solves the problem.But it's a recurring condition , you need to learn an art to control it.
