I have too much dandruff and hairfall and scalp becomes very itchy and red...please suggest me a good shampoo and conditioner

You can use ketoconazole shampoo Must get your skin type checked Eat healthy diet avoid junk food Must maintain a good disciplined hair hygeine regular washing of hair every third day..don't use over hot water ..gently massage your scalp don't rub it .
