How much hair loss can you expect on the day you wash ?This is very good query which many people get confused about.Well, the average daily normal hair fall varies between 100-150 . Average means when you count number of hair shedding daily over 3-4 days (depends on how often you wash your hair with shampoo). On the day you wash your hair properly with shampoo , hair shedding can go upto 200-300 per day (depending on many factors like season, hair length and thickness, etc). This excess hair shedding on the day you wash can happen during shampooing or drying or combing.Next 2 or 3 days when you don't wash ,the hair shedding will be less in the range of 50-100 .Hence, the average of 3-4 days should be around 100-150.
