Hello.... Its good that u attached the picture along. At such a young age having such a receding hairline is bothersome. The minoxidil definitely helps in reducing the hairfall, but causes addiction. U will have to use it lifelong, if not less. Other medications wont help u from such kind of severe , genetic alopecia.
