My hair has become so much thin and nt sure abt hair loss but also can see being slightly bald from center of head. Can it be stopped and I can cover the portion which is seen as I am almost gonna go bald? As it's very early stage. And is it possible for thick hair anf regrowth of loss hair?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes if it is there then it can be stopped. And for some extent can be reversed also. But get it looked at by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.  He will be able to help you. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
