I had dengue 3 months back. Since2 months I'm having severe hairfall. I got to know hairfall is common after dengue. But, my hair is getting tangled soomuch, each day I'm struggling like hell to comb my hair. What is causing my hair to get tangled somuch? What are the possible remedies to detangle my hair. Please help.
