Hair loss which one should i prefer??

I am 21 year old and suffering from alopecia areata .first doctor said me for steam cell stem therapy and another doctor suggest me to take finasteride tabletand Finasteride (topical) (0.1% w/v), Minoxidil Topical (5% w/v) and biotine .I am totally confused .is there any other option ? pls help
