Hi.. Yes sweating well is good but not excess sweating! this can cause hair fall and this doesn't mean you should not play sports, you can but after playing you have to wash you scalp and keep it dry. Whenever there is more humidity or due to other reasons you sweat excessively, wash your scalp regularly, take steam to your scalp that can help open up the pores and take toxins out. Apply hair care oil for nourishment later on..
