I have a hair loss problem and in my head many pimples are coming now the  hair growth also stopped .

hello there. this suggests some scalp infection. you have to provide detailed history and also pictures if possible. so that we will be able to help you better. suggest you to consult a dermatologist for examination and further treatment. regards
