I always keep my hair open. Also, when I go to sleep, my hair remains open. I want to know that what is the right way to keep my hair during sleep? Should I tie them or let them open and free ? I'm facing very much hair loss. Also, my TSH is 19 and I'm taking thyroxin 75.
