I am suffering from hair fall from past one month. i can see my hair falling like something i need to know is that hair loss or hair fall and how to overcome the problem. i am 20 years old

Greetings.  Sudden loss of  hair could be due to telogen effluvium.  This could be confirmed with detailed history and evaluation. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you / alternatively on practo direct.  Hope this helps.  Warm regards.
