I am 15 years old . I observed that a hair grow on left side of the upper eyelid on punctum which causes irritates .. Can I pluged out hair by our fingers or doctor .. please I am very upset and crying

Yes it can be. However if it is not irritating your eye, it can be left alone too.

It has to be plucked out.Better to be done by eye doctor with specific forceps.
