Hair Fall-Typhoid &Dengue

On 23Oct Dengue and Typhoid fever was diagnosed and my plattlest gone down to 13k. On 31st of Oct I was discharged from hospital. Now I am fine. After Typhoid and Dengue fever I am having a heavy hair fall, not sure which specialist to consult and also what to do for this. Kindly guide me with this. Thanks Aparajita Srivastava
