1. Have you REGULARLY followed up with your dermatologist. Hair fall treatment takes a long time to show results. So regular visits are needed (as much as for 1 year or more) 2. Is your dermatologist an ALLOPATHIC dermatologist? 3. Upon getting results (hair fall going down) you will still need to CONTINUE the medicines provided to MAINTAIN the response that you have gotten. Once male pattern hair loss is triggered (if in your case it is triggered that is) then the medicines need to be used as maintenance as advised by your dermatologist. 4. PRP or any procedure etc is not the treatment of choice and can help ONLY if you are holistically approaching your hair fall problem. By holistic approach I mean: LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION. Sleep on time by 10pm, wake up by 6 am and exercise 60 min everyday, and get your nutrition balanced by visiting a dietitian. UNDERSTAND that hair issues are not just cosmetic issues they are health issues. 5. To answer your questions and to know the possible reason for your hair fall, a dermatologist needs to have a one on one examination . So my suggestion is that you visit an allopathic dermatologist near you. There are solutions: what you need to know is that only shampoos and oils do not work. A HOLISTIC approach is needed.
