How guava leafs prevent hair fall? Please suggest some other process to prevent hair fall. As soon as possible

Well you need to make sure that yiu are not anaemic nor have calcium deficiency in first place...apart from that you also need to make sure that you oil your hairs regularly..use mild shampoo and the water you use is not hard water... exposure to heat,sun,frizzy sprays also will cause damage...make sure that yiu eat fruits and nuts well...water is also very important...thank you

First it is important to find the reason for hair fall. It can be due to dandruff, malnutrition, any typhoid like infection, hypothyroidism...... or due to some other reason. If every thing is fine then you may try for any hair root simulator oils. But, if you find 'some other reason' causing hair fall, you have to treat the causative factor first. Even if your tap water doesn't suits you, it causes hair fall.........
