I suffered from dengu 2 month ago now I am fully recover but now I am facing hair fall problem badly alots of hair fall when I comb my hair and bath,what is the reason of behind it,and pls advice me some good oil and shampoo for hairfall and what should I do to prevent my hair fall?

This type of hair fall is known as telogen effluvium. It occurs due to stress, improper diet,  disease like dengue and typhoid. Luckily it is completely reversible.
