Hair fall and thyroid

I m hypothyroid patient my age is 25 n thyroid level is 6.89 due to that i m suffering from lots of hair fall in previous my hair was very thick but noe it become lifeless and very thin kindly help me to come out from this problem.and suggest me further growth of hair.
