My scalp is forming a flakes type of thing, which is a different from dandruff. They are looking like dried plasma particles. Which are forming on the upper portion of head. Iam also having heavy dandruff problem. Please helpe to solve this.

Hi You seem to be describing seborrheic dermatitis. In this condition there is excessive oil secretion from the sebaceous glands. This may no longer be helped by the other shampoo and you may require a combination of oral tablets and applications to help sort out the problem. Please meet a dermatologist. If you wait too long this condition may trigger hair loss
