I'm constantly facing problem of hair fall I have developed  bald patches on the side of my head. My hairs have also grown white over the years. None of my family members are facing the same problem.

Hello It is unfortunate that u r having this problem at such an early age..But u need not worry a lot as it can get better with homeopathic medicines very well. Problem u r telling sounds more like alopecia nd z very common these days. You need to hav good haircare with required medicines nd things will improve soon.
