  4. Hair dandruff. As my dr has prescribed?

I had dandruff prob. Dr has prescribed using Carel Solution (Coal tar Topical Solution 4.25% and Salicylic Acid IP 2%). Dr has prescribed for using it like lotion after bath but in leaflet it's prescribed to rinse after 5 mins. Also at other places in internet it's prescribed to rinse after 5-10mins. Should I do as my Dr has prescribed ?
