Hair and scalp issue

Hi my hair type is dry and i frequently face dandruff and itchy scalp issue. If i don't wash my hair frequently (within 3 days) scalp becomes itchy and i face lot of hair fall. also my hair tends to be frizzy easily so i oil my hair. if i wash my hair after an hour of oiling it feels fine but if i keep oil overnight my scalp itch like hell. i started facing more hairfall after coming to bangalore. i used several home remedies like curd/hibiscus flower which helps for a few days but again it becomes same. i feel no generic shampoo really suits me but how to get rid of the oil and make sure scalp is clean without using shampoo? earlier i was diagnosed with pcos but now i don't have any symptoms.. do u think it is related to my hairfall?

For hairfall, needs detailed discussion to provide suitable management, it cud be hormonal, genetic, nutritional, lifestyle , multiple other factors etc For dandruff, try 8x shampoo, apply only on wet scalp not on length of the hair for 5 to 7 mins and wash 2 times a week. For hair , use shampoo of your choice No oiling on scalp . Oil length of the hair 1 hr prior shampoo if dry hair. Use conditioners and hair serums for dry hair
