Hi Mam, This is Punam. 35 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have done CBC and still My haemoglobin is 8.3 only despite of having all iron rich foods daily like beetroot Palak lauki groundnut and jaggery. I have also take n one Iron saline on 21st oct. still it is same. Now my dr is asking me to take blood directly. So can I go ahead with this suggestion or is there any other option to increase haemoglobin fast.
