Haemoglobin level drops quickly

My haemoglobin level was 5.4, after blood transfusion it shows 7.6 but after 5 days it shows 5.9, Whats the problem, why level down quickly

It is Iron deficiency anemia...need to take iron rich foods like dates,spinach, pome, mutton liver etc... Blood transfusion is necessary...Needed detailed investigation if the heamoglobin level drops
