Hello, I am having on and off constipation since March this year. Because of this recently I have noticed multiple swelling near rectum immediately after passing hard stools and reduces after some time. These are kind of itchy and dry sometimes. I have not observed any bleeding during passage of stool . I am taking lot of veggies and fruits to avoid constipation but so far no luck. Is there any OTC cream to reduce these swellings and anything to improve constipation.
