Had fever first day second day vomiting
I had loose motion yesterday and gone for blood test my platelet count is 160000 and dengue nsi is negative should be check for dengue igm test also o had fever loose motion vomiting sensation before but rite now I have fatigue
Dengue IgM test should only be done after 5 days of fever. Dengue NS1 should be done in first 5 days better if done after 24hrs.
You should take plenty of oral fluids ORS and paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
