Going for a surgical drainage prevents complications like abscess formation pus discharge pain and fistula formation

From the history mentioned in the Mri report, it seems you have a peri anal abscess. Though the Mri report suggests that there is no fistula tract, it shows there is fluid collection. That needs to be drained promptly. Otherwise there are high chances that it will develop into fistula in future. It is good that muscle planes are not involved now. A simple incision drainage if done now, the wound will heal by itself with post-drainage hygeine maintenance with sitz bath and medications.

U can try with antibiotics and conservative approach if symptoms reduced and collection reduced then no need of surgery. If clinically pus discharge present Or having fever and elevated blood counts then need surgery.
