H pylori infection

I was having indigestion for about a month, after an endoscopy I was detected with a polyp which was removed and h pylori infection. I used to have b12 and D3 supplements, h2 blockers as prescribed and also multivitamins with C and zinc. However now I am given antibiotics, can I have multivitamins and the medicines prescribed earlier along with antibiotics?
