Hi, My dad was detected with h pylori in endoscopy, The doctor gave HP Sompraz kit for 14 days. Once the treatment was over , Nexpro was prescribed for 1 month. He felt better for 2 weeks after the antibiotics course, but after 2 weeks, the symptoms of abdominal pain, vomiting are back again,. Can you please suggest a right treatment ? Thank you

Recurrence is common, start syp sparacid 1 TSP three times a day , t omez 20 two times a day, consult your doctor again
