To answer your first question  the only evidence based medical treatments are not homeopathic therapies but anti estrogen medications like clomiphene ( 6 months causing partial reduction upto 50% even)   or tamoxifen ( varied response,  some over 90%). But these uses are not for all. Gynecomastia has to be differentiated from pseudo gynecomastia due to fat (in obese patients). Best place is a breast plastic surgery unit. If the breasts are over 4cm enlarged, chances are low for the lesion to regress.Surgery is quite straightforward, using a small cut near the areola   and using liposuction and a procedure called subcutaneous mastectomy (the excess tissue is removed). The unit would also do all necessary tests, including a CT scan of the breasts, check your testicles liver kidneys. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
breast plastic surgery unit  for total workup.
